And many more...

What happens when you see a nutritional therapist?

You will complete a questionnaire prior to the initial consultation, you may be asked to seek medical advice to investigate any underlying disease. The first consultation will include a detailed overview of your current health problems, medical and family history, a dietary analysis and lifestyle factors.

You will receive a personalised dietary, lifestyle and nutritional supplement programme. Where appropriate, laboratory tests will be recommended such as hair mineral analysis, hormone panel test, digestive analysis, food intolerance to name but a few.

Follow-up consultations are usually advised to assess progress, make adjustments and provide motivational support.

Why see a nutritional therapist?

To address dietary and nutritional imbalances that could be contributing to your acute or chronic health problems, like poor immunity, low energy, food sensitivities or hormonal dysfunction etc.

Assess your current intake of fats, carbohydrates and proteins and identify vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Help slow down the progress of chronic degenerative disease and ageing by increasing your intake of nutrients whilst reducing exposure to environmental and lifestyle toxins.

Initial consultation - 90 minutes - £85
Subsequent sessions - 60 minutes - £70
