Room Hire Inclusions
• A receptionist to greet your clients on arrival and a waiting room if required.
• The use of a variety of consulting rooms, each with a therapy couch, stool, and client chair. (Either hydraulic & electric operated therapy couches.)
• Individually controlled heating, lighting, music and air extraction.
• Clean towels, dressing gowns, paper roll & tissues are provided for clients.
• Daily cleaning service and all the overheads of maintaining the premises.
• We will provide you with a statement of your income for your treatments for the previous month.
• Receipt of payment from clients either via cash, credit card or cheque.
• Three private parking bays for your clients.
• Refreshments provided including filtered water & herbal teas.
• Next appointment reminders by either text, email or card.
• Our premises have wheel chair access and disabled washroom facilities.
• We provide an out-of-hours entry phone system directly into each room.
• Banking of daily takings into a client deposit account.
• One direct payment by BACS each month into your account.
• Inclusion on our website with your details (which will include a profile of you and your therapy). A link to your own website can also be included.
• Use of the BodyMatters' brand name and logo on your stationery.
• We provide brochure covers for details and price list of your therapies.
• We hold showcase evenings for our therapists to promote their therapy.
• We compile newsletters, with articles written by our therapists.
• We can assist and advise on building and marketing your business.
• A Performing Right Society certificate which allows us to play music throughout the premises.
• The premises are licensed by Camden Council and we are covered with Employers Liability Insurance.

When you have booked your session a room will be available on that day every week of the calender month. VAT is not charged.
Further Information
Before you may rent a room, we require:
• Your passport so we may take a photocopy
• Your Personal Liability insurance so we may take a photocopy
• Your certificates of qualification so we may take photocopies
• You will need to sign an agreement between Bodymatters (London) Ltd and yourself, that we will provide
• You will need to settle your account by the first day of each month and sign a banker's Standing Order to set up your monthly payments
• You may need to provide a certificate from Camden Council to work in this area
• You will need to give us one month's prior written notice if you wish to change your monthly payments
